If you could choose to wear one style for the rest of your life, what would it be? For me, it would be athleisure. When I’m not dressed up for work, I’m in some sort of athleisure look.
I love this style because there are so many different ways to create it! You can wear leggings and sneakers or pair joggers with heels. It allows you to take your dressier pieces and mix them into your causal life.
For spring, I can’t get enough of jean jackets. They’re perfect for layering or adding a casual element to a dressier piece. I have been wearing them since I was little, a staple piece that never goes out of style.
My moto leggings are so comfy and versatile. They are also activewear so you can go from a workout to brunch!
Your version of athleisure is what you want it to be! It’s so easy to create new styles by mixing and matching different pieces in your closet. A challenge for you is to find your version of athleisure and tag me in your post! Find me on Instagram at Likely Lex!
Happy Monday babes! I hope you all had a great weekend. Starting this week off sharing some of my favorite workout gear from Old Navy.
I’ve always tried different brands of activewear and have found it to be another part of my life that I love to style. A few years ago, I purchased activewear from Old Navy and from them I was sold. They always have the cutest pieces, vibrant colors, and tops and bottoms that can be work all different ways.
If you can’t tell, I’m really ready for spring. These bright colors have me in the mood for warm weather and sunshine. One of my favorite things about the warmer weather is that I can’t take my workouts outdoors. I love going to a long walk or jog, I sometimes even do my strength training or yoga outside.
Styling and creating outfits for your workout can motivate you. I find that when I feel good in what I’m wearing, I’m ready to get my workout on and SWEAT. If you’re having trouble finding the motivation to workout in this side winter slump, try finding some activewear pieces that give you confidence. You never know unless you try. 🙂
